Language and Culture Assistants is an international program sponsored by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training of Spain, managed in Bulgaria by the Embassy of Spain’s Education Office.
It is aimed at young Bulgarian graduates or senior year University students with a high command of the English language and culture.
